A horrible experience, I only had to do a couple of touch-ups from previous operations, both were worse than they were. On my nose I only had to remove a lump from the tip, without touching the bone, I had an infection that lasted two years, when I claimed it, I went to social security. He ignored the topic and me. He didn't even change the prostheses on my chest, I don't know what he did to make it look worse, he didn't want to take charge of fixing it either. Of course, it cost me as if I had gotten new prostheses. In short, two very expensive cosmetic botches, and a very unprofessional Dr, who the only thing he cares about about the patient is his money.

Exquisite treatment by all the staff. I have had a rhinoplasty and the results have been exactly what I asked for from Dr Alcelay. The Dr is charming and very professional. 100% recommended.

The treatment is exquisite and they are super friendly, at least Dr. Del Amo who is the one I know the most. He explains in detail what you ask him and tells you without problems the pros and cons of everything with a kindness of ten.

Very happy with the entire relationship. Advice, treatment, procedure and results. They are two great surgeons. Dr. Alcelay is a clear, honest woman who always speaks in terms of realistic expectations. My 5 was not easy and I give it because I can't give 6.
